2019 NSW STATE SKEET CARNIVAL

What a weekend, I don’t think I have ever seen the weather so bad at the NSW State Skeet Carnival in all my 10 years of being state secretary.

We had the wind, we had the torrential rain, we had the freezing cold temperatures and yet the Skeet fraternity still showed up and supported the state with hosting the 2019 NSW State Skeet Carnival.

The results below will speak for themselves, so no real need for me to name anyone here, but I will take this opportunity to thank our sponsors: Winchester Australia, Rules Club Wagga, Carriage House Motor Inn, Victoria Hotel, Wagga RSL Club & McDonalds Wagga, their support gives the competitors that little something special on top of the prize money.

Thanks also to Colin Kneebone for organising the sponsorship that was on the table, Martin Smith for giving his time up over the weekend to assist in the office, David Coleman for keeping the wheel turning on the field by way of being our Shoot Marshall, the assistance of executives David O’Brien, Fred Rapley, Kim Nealon & his lovely wife Therese & Mark Rogers our new president for donating their time in the office.

Here’s hoping next year’s carnival won’t be so wet and miserable weather wise (im touching wood as I say this).
